AAA on PFA

AAA. One of the things to keep an eye out for on a PFA of an elderly patient is curvilinear calcification extending along the lumbar spine, representing calcification of the wall of the abdominal aorta, which when present gives us an idea of whether or not the aorta is aneurysmal. The AAA in this case is outlined by the arrows.
