Boxer’s fracture

Boxer’s fracture. This is the typical appearance of a Boxer’s fracture – a fracture of the neck of the fifth metacarpal, which is angulated towards the palm. The patient will often give a vague unconvincing history of a fall, but you get this injury by punching things/people.
