Lung metastases. There are multiple metastases in both lungs in this patient. She had a history of right mastectomy for breast cancer (note the asymmetry of the breasts), however you might also have noticed that the metastases appear extremely dense. That’s because they are made of bone – this turned out to be metastatic osteosarcoma.
