MRCP – choledocholithiasis

CBD calculi. This patient presented with right upper quadrant pain and jaundice. MRCP (left-hand image) shows a dilated biliary tree, with three filling defects in the common duct (arrows), consistent with calculi. Corresponding ERCP image (right), confirming the presence of calculi in the duct. A plastic CBD stent was inserted in order to decompress the biliary tree.
