Ovarian carcinoma – PFA

This patient has a known diagnosis of metastatic ovarian carcinoma, having presented initially with a huge pelvic mass. The mass is visible on this PFA as a large soft tissue density structure extending into the abdomen from the pelvis, arrows. Note the displaced bowel loops. There are bilateral nephrostomy catheters, as the pelvic mass had obstructed both ureters.
