Pleural effusions

Pleural effusions. This patient has bilateral pleural effusions. Note the blunting of the costophrenic angles with nice examples of the ‘meniscus sign’ – the pleural fluid rises higher at the lateral aspects of the thorax. The patient also has a right-sided PICC.
