Polycystic Kidney Disease

Adult polycystic kidney disease. The CT image on the left shows multiple cysts in the liver, while the middle image shows that the native kidneys have been largely replaced by cysts (and had resulted in renal failure). The right-hand image shows two renal transplants; one in the right iliac fossa (yellow arrow) which had failed and become atrophic, and a subsequent functioning transplant in the left iliac fossa (orange arrow).
