Scleroderma

Scleroderma. This radiograph shows extensive soft tissue calcification, a common feature of scleroderma. Other potential radiographic features of this disease include resorption of the tufts of the distal phalanges (known as ‘acro-osteolysis’), atrophy of the soft tissue at the fingertips, and occasionally bone erosions.
