Sengstaken-Blakemore Tube
Sengstaken-Blakemore tube. These devices are still used occasionally for the temporary management of patients with upper GI haemorrhage caused by oesophageal or gastric varices. In this patient, the gastric balloon has been inflated (yellow arrows). An ET tube and right internal jugular venous lines are also present.
